Property design

The first step in any vacation home interior design project is to make a strategic, stylish plan.

Starting with your budget and needs, our designers will create a custom design for each room of your property. Along with styled layouts for each space, you will receive a curated shopping list with accurate prices, photos, descriptions, and links to each product for direct ordering.

Our property design service is included with all interior design packages and includes everything you may need to get your property ready to host guests.

Included in Tier 2 and Tier 3 packages

The second step in designing your vacation property is to stage your home in an attractive, immaculate way.

Using the products purchased from your curated shopping list, our team will professionally arrange your home to prepare it for photography and listing.

Unless you choose our Tier 3 package (or add furniture assembly for $65 per hour), you will be responsible for building furniture in the right room, laying out rugs, and disposing of all packaging before our stagers arrive.

Then, we take care of the rest: hanging all wall decor, placing all table decor, arranging furniture and rugs within each room, and making sure all pillows and throw blankets are perfectly poised.

Our highly detailed staging service is included in Tier 2 and Tier 3 packages to ensure your design is executed flawlessly and photographed gorgeously.

The last step in designing your vacation home is… all the other steps along the way!

Our full-service Tier 3 package includes almost any interior design service you can imagine: ordering products, tracking shipments, opening packages, assembling furniture, laying out rugs, hanging curtains, and disposing of trash. It even includes managing orders, so if any item arrives damaged or is missing pieces, we’ll handle the return, exchange, and/or refund for you.

This service is ideal for homeowners who want to be completely hands-off during the design process. Just trust our team to handle everything, and watch your beautiful listing come to life!

How long will the project take to finish?

The duration of your interior design project depends on several factors, including square footage, the extent of the furnishings, and the number of rounds of feedback needed. In general, the design process takes between four to eight weeks.

How much can I expect to spend on furniture?

The average cost of furniture (not including design services) for a vacation rental is anywhere from $20,00 to $50,000. Your overall furnishing budget will differ depending on your house size, bedroom count, various amenities, and other factors.

What is the payment process like?

We require a signed contract and 50% deposit before starting the project. All design items are purchased using your credit card when possible, and all receipts are turned over to you at the end of the project. Any items purchased by us will need to be reimbursed.
